Sensors detect a person entering a corridor section. PlaceOS raises lighting to 100% in the occupied section and the sections immediately ahead and behind, while unoccupied sections remain at a safe 20% energy-saving level. Gym & wellness on demand
When the first person enters the gym, PlaceOS initiates a wake-up sequence: lights on, HVAC to comfort, AV systems powered up.
